摘　　要：为保证TPX6113/2型卧式铣镗床使用安全,提升其加工超长、超重零件的能力,通过设计辅助支撑架扩大镗床工作平台承载面积,拓宽镗床加工范围,利用弹性支撑原理,使支撑架跟随零件一起运动,并提供动态弹性平衡支撑,解决大零件装夹困难问题,为小机床加工大零件提供一种新的加工思路。In order to ensure the safe use of TPX6113/2 horizontal milling and boring machine and improve its ability to process super-long and over-heavy parts,the auxiliary support frame is designed to expand the bearing area of the boring machine work platform,broaden the processing range of the boring machine,and use the principle of elastic support to make the support frame follow The parts move together and provide dynamic elastic balance support to solve the problem of difficult clamping of large parts and provide a new idea for small machine to process large parts.
