摘 要:为提高磨料水射流切割不锈钢的表面质量,进行了一种低温辅助磨料水射流切割不锈钢的试验研究。采用液氮辅助先将靶物降低至-196℃,取出后立刻用前混合磨料水射流进行切割。分别选取304奥氏体不锈钢、430铁素体不锈钢为靶体材料,并采用混合水平正交表对射流的靶材、温度、喷嘴压强3个因素进行混合水平试验,以粗糙度Ra作为实验指标。试验结果表明,因素主次的影响程度由大到小为温度、材料、压力,得出优方案为温度-168℃、材料选用304不锈钢、压强35 MPa,低温辅助极大地提高了磨料水射流切割不锈钢的表面质量,为进一步分析低温辅助磨料水射流切割不锈钢的机理奠定了一定的试验基础。In order to improve the surface quality of metal cutting by abrasive water jet,a cryogenic assisted abrasive water jet cutting method was proposed.Liquid nitrogen is used to assist in cooling the target to-196℃,and then pre-mixed abrasive water jet is used for cutting.304 austenitic stainless steel and 430 ferrite stainless steel were selected as the target materials,and the mixing level tests were carried out on the three factors of jet target,temperature and nozzle pressure by using the mixing level orthogonal table,and the roughness Ra was taken as the experimental index.The experimental results show that the primary and secondary order of factors affecting the temperature,the material,the pressure,it is concluded that optimal solution for the temperature to-168℃,304 stainless steel material selection,the pressure is 35 MPa,cryogenic aided greatly improve the quality of the surface of the abrasive water jet cutting metal,this article for further analysis of low temperature auxiliary to the influence of the mixing mechanism of abrasive water jet cutting metal before laid a certain test base.
