摘 要:针对钢铁制造流程能源结构和能源转换特点,提出钢铁制造流程能量流优化的核心是煤的转换与煤气、余热等二次能源的回收利用问题。在《冶金流程工程学》等理论的指引下,提出钢铁制造流程煤基能量系统是一个复杂的大系统,具有功能涌现性,通过充分开发与利用其能源转换功能,并与其他行业及社会大系统进行耦合,可构建"钢铁、化工、燃气、氢气、电力、供热、供冷多联产系统",将更有利于提高系统能源效率和价值,更好实现钢铁企业绿色、低碳转型发展。According to the characteristics of energy consumption structure and energy conversion in steel manufacturing process,the core of optimizing energy flow in iron and steel manufacturing process is proposed,that is the conversion of coal and the recovery and utilization of secondary energy such as gas and waste heat.Under the guidance of metallurgical process engineering theory,it′s pointed out that the coal based energy system of iron and steel manufacturing process is a complex large-scale system with emergent functions.By fully developing and utilizing its energy conversion function and coupling with other industries and social large-scale systems,a"polygeneration system of iron and steel,chemical industry,gas and hydrogen supply,electric power,heat and cooling supply"can be constructed,which will be more conducive to improve the energy efficiency and value of the system,and it can better realize the green and low-carbon transformation and development of iron and steel enterprises.
