摘 要:在钢铁行业结构转型关键时期,提高电弧炉短流程工艺比例是降低钢铁行业温室气体排放、脱碳化的有效措施。为了推动短流程炼钢工艺发展,近年来电弧炼钢在废钢快速熔化方面取得明显进展。在回顾前人对废钢熔化速率研究的基础上,全面概述了废钢熔化机理以及影响因素,并结合近年来国内电弧炉炼钢在装备、工艺以及技术上就废钢快速熔化方面取得的进展,探讨了制约电弧炉废钢快速熔化的限制性环节,为废钢快速熔化在电弧炉炼钢装备、工艺、技术方面未来发展提供可行方向。During the critical period of structural transformation for iron and steel industry,increasing the proportion of short process for electric arc furnace is an effective measure to reduce greenhouse gas emissions and decarbonize in iron and steel industry.In order to promote the development of short-process steelmaking process,arc steelmaking has made rapid development in scrap melting in recent years.On the basis of reviewing previous studies on the melting rate of scrap steel,the melting mechanism and influencing factors of scrap steel were comprehensively summarized.Combined with the progress made in equipment,process and technology for rapid melting of scrap steel in domestic EAF steelmaking in recent years,the restrictive links for rapid melting of scrap steel in EAF were discussed,which provided a feasible direction for future development of rapid melting of scrap steel in EAF steelmaking equipment,process and technology.
