县域医共体助力肿瘤防治中心建设的实践——以长兴县为例

摘　　要：介绍浙江省长兴县肿瘤防治中心建设的措施及成效:向上借力,做强县域牵头医院;向下发力,为基层医疗机构赋能;多措并举,构建肿瘤防治闭环。最终,提升县级医院肿瘤专科防治能力,减轻肿瘤患者医疗负担,形成全方位全周期肿瘤防治闭环管理模式。This paper introduces the measures and effects of the construction of cancer prevention and treatment center in Changxing County,Zhejiang Province:borrowing strength upward to strengthen the county leading hospital;exerting force downward to empower primary medical institutions;taking multiple measures at the same time to build a closed-cycle for cancer prevention and treatment.Finally,improve the capacity of tumor prevention and treatment in county-level hospitals,reduce the medical burden of tumor patients,and form a closed-cycle management model of comprehensive and full-cycle tumor prevention and treatment.
