摘　　要：分析现阶段公立医院应急管理存在的不足,以浙江省丽水市中心医院为例,介绍应急管理体系建设的做法和成效,认为着眼整体构建的应急管理体系可以提高公立医院对各类突发事件的精准应对能力以及医务人员的应急事件处置能力。This paper analyzes the shortcomings of emergency management in public hospitals at the present stage,and introduces the practice and effectiveness of the construction of emergency management system taking Lishui Central Hospital in Zhejiang Province as an example.It is considered that the overall construction of the emergency management system can improve the accurate response capacity of public hospitals to all kinds of emergencies and the emergency response capacity of medical staff.
