基于“气血”思想浅谈针灸对自噬的影响

摘　　要：自噬在细胞生命活动中具有重要意义,其活性长期受内外环境影响而处于动态变化中,自噬过强或过弱均对细胞不利,并可造成病理损伤而导致疾病发生,恢复自噬平衡则是治疗的关键所在。自噬的这种特性与中医“气”“血”的特点和功能较为相符,针灸是调节气血的重要方法,其双向调节作用在恢复自噬平衡方面具有重大潜力。因此,从气血的角度认识针灸对自噬的影响可能具有新的意义。Autophagy plays an important role in the activities of cell life and its activity is in dynamic change for a long time under the influence of internal and external environment.Too strong or too weak autophagy is harmful to cells,and can cause pathological damage and lead to disease,so the key point of treatment is to restore the balance of autophagy.This characteristic of autophagy is consistent with the features and functions of Qi and blood of traditional Chinese medicine,acupuncture and moxibustion are important methods for regulating Qi and blood,and its bidirectional regulation has great potential in restoring the balance of autophagy,therefore it may have novel meaning to understand the effect of acupuncture and moxibustion on autophagy from the perspective of Qi and blood.
