摘　　要：土库曼民族历史与文化厚重,发展道路曲折而复杂,散落在世界各地的土库曼人生存环境迥异,但他们具有共同的特点,即民族身份认同感强烈、睦邻友好、崇尚和平。现代土库曼斯坦国家构建选择的是走独立中立道路,借力多种资源,采用多元路径,特色鲜明。当前,土库曼斯坦正在同中国共同实施复兴古丝绸之路与构建人类命运共同体的伟大事业,中国社会需要对土库曼民族与国家构建全新的认知。The Turkmen nation, with its profound historical and cultural heritage, has witnessed a road of tortuous and complicated historical development. Though Turkmen people scatter around the world in different living environments, they share such characteristics as a strong sense of national identity and worship of neighborly friendship and peace. The modern Turkmenistan has chosen the road of independence and neutrality. With the help of various resources, it has adopted diversified paths with distinctive characteristics in its construction. At present, Turkmenistan is working with China to implement the rejuvenating of the ancient Silk Road and the constructing of a community with a shared future for all mankind. Chinese society needs to have a new understanding of Turkmens and their NationState Building.
