摘　　要：唐王朝在粟特、吐火罗地区设置的羁縻府州,既是其朝贡体系中的朝贡国,又是唐王朝的郡县,兼具朝贡国与郡县的双重身份。唐在这一地区的监制方式经历了两个阶段:都护府体制下,保留了原西突厥统治属国的权力结构,安西都护借助其统属的西突厥部落监制粟特、吐火罗地区;节度使体制下,则由安西节度使对这一地区实施监护。虽然唐在这一地区既无派军驻守,又不施政理民,但是统辖、监护权力依然存在,这也是唐一直宣称这一地区为其版图的缘故。The Jimi prefecture set up by the Tang Dynasty in the Sogdiana and Tukhara regions was not only a tributary country in the Tang Dynasty’s tributary system, but also a county in the Tang Dynasty. It has the dual identity of a tributary state and a county. Tang’s supervision method in this area has gone through two stages. Under the Duhufu system, the original power structure of the West Turkish governing vassal state was retained. Anxi Duhu used the West Turkish tribe to supervise the Sogdiana and Tukhara regions. Under the Jiedushi system, Anxi Jiedushi exercises supervision over this area. Although Tang neither sent troops to garrison in this area, nor did he govern and manage the people, he still has powers of control and guardianship. This is why Tang has always claimed that this area is its territory.
