摘 要:过江隧道大直径盾构下穿建(构)筑物常常导致隧道漏水、建(构)筑物变形过大等问题。为解决过江隧道大直径盾构下穿输油管道施工参数控制的技术难题,以杭州地铁1号线下穿钱塘江为例,分析了过江隧道大直径盾构下穿输油管道的风险,介绍了施工方案,提出了通过控制泥水仓压力、泥浆密度、盾构掘进速度、盾尾四周间隙、盾尾姿态、注浆压力和注浆量等一系列参数的措施来减小施工风险。结果表明:隧道轴线累计变形最大值约为60 mm,最小值约为30 mm,输油管道中心线累计变形为-19~21 mm,满足规范要求,保证了输油管道的安全。Problems of tunnel leakage and excessive deformation of buildings(structures)often occur during largediameter shield tunneling undercrossing buildings(structures).In order to solve technical problems of construction parameter control of large-diameter shield of river crossing tunnel under crossing oil pipeline,the project of Hangzhou Metro Line 1 undercrossing Qiantang River were taken as an example.The risk of large-diameter shield of river crossing tunnel undercrossing petroleum pipeline was analyzed,construction scheme was introduced.The countermeasures were put forward by controlling a series of parameters of slurry tank pressure,slurry density,shield tunneling speed,clearance around shield tail,shield tail posture,grouting pressure and grouting volume to reduce the construction risk.The results show that the maximum cumulative deformation of tunnel axis is about 60 mm and the minimum 30 mm;The cumulative deformation of petroleum pipe centerline is-19~21 mm,which meet the specification requirements.These measures ensure the safety of petroleum pipeline.
