摘 要:目的了解山西省预防接种人员职业满意度,探讨影响职业满意度的因素,为预防接种人员队伍建设、稳定及业务能力提升提供参考。方法自行设计调查问卷,利用微信小程序形成电子问卷,对全省11个市(每市一个区和一个县)的预防接种工作人员开展网络调查,共收回有效问卷2 011份。在统计学描述的基础上,采用t检验、F检验、多元线性回归等统计分析,探讨影响职业满意度的因素。结果山西省预防接种人员职业满意度平均为7.90分。多元线性回归分析结果显示,机构类型、工作年限、工作性质、薪资来源、工作强度、工作环境、工作流程、休假制度、领导重视、晋升机会、职业成就感、未来发展和工作压力等是影响预防接种人员职业满意度的因素,P均<0.05。结论山西省预防接种人员职业满意度整体较高,但工作人员学历、职称水平普遍较低、工资水平及养老保障有待改善。应通过调整预防接种人员的薪资来源、改善职业环境、优化工作流程、提供更多晋升机会、增强职业成就感等培养优秀的预防接种工作者,以稳定职业队伍,为社会大众提供更优质的预防接种服务。Objective To investigate the occupational satisfaction of vaccine inoculators in Shanxi province, and to explore the factors affecting occupational satisfaction, so as to provide basis for the construction and stability of vaccine inoculators. Methods Questionnaires were designed, and electronic questionnaires were formed using WeChat small program and sent to the WeChat groups(11 cities, one district and one county in each city). Online survey was carried out, and the questionnaires were collected within 24 hours. On the basis of statistical description, t-test, F-test, and multiple linear regression were used to explore the factors influencing career satisfaction. Results A total of 2 011 questionnaires were received. The career satisfaction of vaccine inoculators in Shanxi province was 7.90 on average, with a full score of 10. The results of multiple linear regression showed that institution type, working years, nature of work, salary source, work intensity, work environment, work process, vacation system, leadership attention, promotion opportunities, professional sense of accomplishment, future development and work pressure were the influencing factors of occupational satisfaction among vaccine inoculators, all P <0.05. Conclusion The career satisfaction of vaccine inoculators in Shanxi Province is relatively high, but their educational background and professional title are generally low, and their salary level and pension security need to improve. It is necessary to cultivate excellent vaccination workers and a stable professional team by adjusting the salary source of vaccination personnel, improving occupational environment, optimizing working process, providing more promotion opportunities and enhancing the sense of career achievement, so as to provide better vaccination services for the society.
