摘  要:【目的】研究不同灌水时间下毛竹伐桩根系化学计量及生理特性的差异,为毛竹伐桩灌溉时间长短的选择提供理论参考。【方法】以毛竹灌水伐桩为研究对象,设置4个处理:对照灌水0 d(CK)、灌水180 d(T1)、灌水360 d(T2)、灌水720 d(T3),分析比较4个不同灌水时间长度后,毛竹伐桩根系化学计量、相对电导率、丙二醛(MDA)含量、根系活力、抗氧化酶活性及可溶性蛋白含量差异。【结果】随着灌水时间的延长,毛竹伐桩根系碳(C)含量不断增加,而氮(N)和磷(P)的含量则基本均呈先升高后降低,m(C)/m(N)和m(C)/m(P)不断上升,m(N)/m(P)保持相对稳定。毛竹伐桩根系各种氧化酶活性、相对电导率和MDA含量均随着灌水时间的不断增加而升高,而毛竹伐桩根系活力和可溶性蛋白含量都随着灌水时间的增加明显降低。【结论】综合各项生理指标认为,在360 d内对毛竹伐桩灌水仍能起到较好的灌溉效果。【Objective】 To provide a theoretical basis for selecting the irrigation time of Phyllostachys edulis stumps, the differences in chemical metrology and physiological characteristics of stump roots of P. edulis under different irrigation times were studied. 【Method】 The cutting pile of P. edulis stumps was taken as the research object. Four treatments were used: irrigation for 0 days(control, CK), irrigation for 180 days(T1), irrigation for 360 days(T2), and irrigation for 720 days(T3). The differences of root stoichiometry, relative conductivity, malondialdehyde(MDA) content, root activity, antioxidant enzyme activity, and soluble protein content in four stumps of P. edulis after different irrigation times were analyzed and compared.【Result】 The results showed that the content of carbon(C) in the roots of P. edulis stumps increased with increasing irrigation time, but the content of nitrogen(N) and phosphorus(P) increased first and then decreased;m(C)/m(N) and m(C)/m(P) increased continuously, and m(N)/m(P) remained relatively stable. The activities of various oxidases, relative conductivity, and MDA content of P. edulis stump roots increased with increasing irrigation years, while the activities and soluble protein contents of P. edulis stump roots decreased with increasing irrigation years. 【Conclusion】According to the comprehensive physiological indexes, the results showed that the irrigation effect of P. edulis stumps was satisfactory within 360 days.
