摘 要:钙是高温合金产品中的一种杂质元素,为控制产品质量,需要对产品合金中的钙含量进行有效的测定。目前国际上关于电感耦合等离子体原子发射光谱法测定高温合金中的钙报道极少,本文采用硝酸、盐酸溶解样品,选择Ca 393.366mn作为分析线,采用基体匹配的方法消除基体的影响,使用电感耦合等离子体原子发射光谱法(ICP-AES)测定高温合金中的钙。钙的质量分数在0.0005%~0.006%范围内校准曲线呈线性,相关系数大于0.99999;方法的检出限为0.000015%,定量限为0.00005%。分别对标准物质GBW5、GBW4和GBW1进行测定,测定结果的平均值与标准值的差皆小于临界差CD0.95,具有很好的正确度;对GBW5两次测定结果的差值小于重复性限r,具有很好的精密度。对样品中的钙含量进行测定,结果显示具有很好的精密度。以上数据显示,本方法准确可靠,可用于测定高温合金样品中钙的测定。Calcium is a kind of impurity element in superalloy products.In order to control the quality of products,it is necessary to determine the content of calcium effectively.The samples were dissolved by nitric acid and hydrochloric acid,and Ca 393.366 nm was selected as the analytical line.The matrix matching method was used to eliminate the influence of matrix.The content of Ca in superalloy was determined by inductively coupled plasma atomic emission spectrometry(ICP-AES).The calibration curve was linear in the range of 0.0005%〜0.006%,and the correlation coefficient was greater than 0.99999.The detection limit and quantitation limit of the method were 0.000015%and 0.00005%,respectively.The reference materials GBW5,GBW4 and GBW1 were determined respectively,and the difference between the average value and the standard value of the determination results was less than the critical difference CD0.95,with good accuracy;the difference between the two determination results of GBW5 was less than the repeatability limit r,with good precision.The content of calcium in the sample was determined,and the results show that the method has good precision.The above data show that the method is accurate and reliable,and can be used for the determination of calcium in superalloy samples.
