摘  要:某金属矿山针对-120 m中段底部出矿结构易受下部回采爆破影响、岩石普氏硬度系数大、平巷掘进效率低、切割井爆破难度大与矿体下盘易积矿、井下废石外排费用高等问题,采用现场试验方法,对副中段底部结构保护、提高充填接顶率、优化平巷掘进爆破的装药、倾斜中厚矿体中深孔高效落矿和井下无废内排等进行了研究。试验结果表明:所采用的技术较好地保护了副中段底部结构,提高了充填体接顶率,2#岩石乳化炸药与现场混装乳化炸药协同爆破能够实现平巷安全快速掘进,实现了20 m高切割井的爆破成井,减少了倾斜中厚矿体下盘的矿石积存,井下废石多用途绿色内排获得了较好的经济效益。In a metal mine, the bottom ore drawing structure of-120 m level is easily affected by the lower mining blasting, the Pu’s hardness coefficient of rock is large, the efficiency of drift excavation is low, the blasting of the cutting well is difficult, the footwall of ore body is easy to accumulate ore, and the cost of underground waste rock discharge is high. In view of the above problems, the field test method was used to study the bottom structure protection of the auxiliary level, the improvement of the filling roof-contacted rate, the optimization of the charging mode of the roadway driving, the high-efficiency deep hole caving of the inclined medium-thick ore body and the underground waste rock discharge. The results show that the adopted technologies well protect the bottom structure of the auxiliary level and improve the roof-contacted rate. The cooperative blasting of 2# rock emulsion explosive and field mixed emulsion explosive can realize the safe and rapid excavation of the drift. The blasting completion of 20 m high cutting well is realized, the ore accumulation in the footwall of inclined medium thick ore body is reduced, the multi-purpose discharge of underground waste rocks is realized, and good economic benefits are obtained.
