摘 要:为了精准预测井下矩形巷道顶板变形,以大阳煤矿3306轨道顺槽为工程背景,采用Winkler地基模型、Kerr地基模型、梁弯曲理论和现场监测手段,对比研究了采用不同弹性地基模型时顶板变形预测结果与实测结果的差异。研究表明:采用Winkler地基模型和Kerr地基模型时,巷道顶板最大位移预测结果分别为11.6 mm和15.1 mm;基于Kerr地基模型的预测结果与实测结果基本一致,准确度平均提高了18.26%;巷道顶板最大位移随两帮围岩弹性模量增长呈指数规律降低,随巷道高度增加呈指数规律增加,并且巷道高度对顶板变形的影响大于两帮围岩弹性模量,两帮围岩泊松比对巷道变形的影响可忽略不计;应用Kerr地基模型能够准确预测巷道顶板变形,其结果为确定合理的巷道断面和支护设计提供了依据。In order to accurately predict the roof deformation of underground rectangular roadway, taking the 3306 track chute of Dayang Coal Mine as the engineering background, the Winkler foundation model, Kerr foundation model, beam flexure theory and field monitoring method are used to compare and study the difference between predicted and measured results of roof deformation with different elastic foundation models is studied. The research shows that when the Winkler foundation model and Kerr foundation model are used, the maximum displacement prediction results of roadway roof are 11.6 mm and 15.1 mm, respectively. The prediction results based on the Kerr foundation model are basically consistent with the measured results, and the accuracy is increased by 18.26% on average. The maximum displacement of roadway roof decreases exponentially with the increase of elastic modulus of surrounding rock of two sides, and increases exponentially with the increase of roadway height. The influence of roadway height on roof deformation is greater than that of elastic modulus of surrounding rock of two sides, and the influence of Poisson ratio of surrounding rock of two sides on roadway deformation can be ignored. The deformation of roadway roof can be accurately predicted by using Kerr foundation model. The results provide a basis for determining the reasonable roadway section and supporting design.
