摘 要:通过对坚硬复合顶板切顶卸压沿空留巷顶板运动特征的研究,明确了留巷顶板运动及应力演化规律,得到了顶板覆岩荷载的传递机制。基于围岩结构演化特征,建立了留巷顶板下沉量计算模型,确定顶板下沉量由坚硬顶板关键块旋转下沉和顶板离层共同控制,给出了顶板最终下沉量的计算公式,并提出了非对称支护的控制对策和锚索支护强度计算公式。以邱集煤矿1102工作面坚硬复合顶板沿空留巷为研究背景,借助UDEC数值模拟软件,对巷道顶板位移与应力变化进行计算。结果表明:切顶后的顶板悬臂梁具有越靠近切缝竖向位移越大的特征,且顶板应力向深部转移,巷道顶板无应力集中现象。据此设计恒阻大变形锚索+锚杆+单体支柱的非对称支护结构,现场应用效果良好。Through the study on the characteristics of roof movement along the gob side entry retaining with the hard composite roof, the roof movement and stress evolution law of the gob side entry retaining was clarified, and the transmission mechanism of the roof overburden load was obtained. Based on the evolution characteristics of the surrounding rock structure, a calculation model for the roof subsidence of the gob side entry retaining was established, and it was determined that the roof subsidence was controlled by the rotation subsidence of the key blocks of the hard roof and the roof separation. Then, the calculation formula of the final roof subsidence was given, and the control countermeasures of asymmetric support and the calculation formula of anchor cable support strength were put forward. Taking the hard composite roof of 1102 working face in Qiuji Coal Mine as the research background, the displacement and stress change of the roadway roof were calculated by UDEC numerical simulation software. The results show that, the roof cantilever beam after roof cutting has the characteristics that the closer it is to the cutting joint, the greater the vertical displacement is, the roof stress transfers to the deep, and there is no stress concentration in the roadway roof. On this basis, the asymmetric support structure combining constant resistance and large deformation anchor cable+anchor bolt+single pillar is designed, and the field application effect is good.
