摘 要:低品位混合型硅质磷块岩具有高SiO_(2)及中等MgO含量的特点,单独选矿难以工业化利用。对该磷块岩中有用矿物和脉石矿物的解离特征进行工艺矿物学分析,以碳酸盐型磷块岩实际生产工艺为基础,通过磨矿细度试验、配矿试验研究,研究了该类磷块岩混合选矿的入选细度及配矿方式。研究结果表明:按照SiO_(2)-MgO-P2O5优先配矿模式,将硅质磷块岩和碳酸盐型磷块岩混合配矿,在原矿w(SiO_(2))<15%,w(MgO)为5.0%~7.0%,w(P2O5)≥21%,入选细度w(-0.074 mm)≥90%时,进行脱镁反浮选,获得磷精矿指标:精矿产率为65.60%,w(P2O5)为28.67%,w(MgO)为1.01%,P2O5回收率为87.53%。The low-grade mixed siliceous phosphorite has the characteristics of high SiO_(2) and medium MgO content, so it is difficult to be industrialized by single mineral processing. The process mineralogical analysis on the dissociation characteristics of the useful minerals and gangue minerals in the phosphate rock was carried out. Based on the actual production process of carbonate-type phosphorite, through grinding fineness test and ore blending test, the selection fineness and ore blending method of the phosphorite were mainly investigated. The research results show that: according to the SiO_(2)-MgO-P2O5 priority ore blending mode, the siliceous phosphorite and the carbonate-type phosphorite are mixed and blended. Under the conditions of w(SiO_(2))<15%, w(MgO)=5.0%~7.0%, w(P2O5)≥21%, and the selected fineness w(-0.074 mm)≥90% in the original ore, demagnesization reverse flotation was carried out, and the phosphate concentrate indexes were obtained as follows, the concentrate yield of 65.60%, w(P2O5) of 28.67%, w(MgO) of 1.01%, and the P2O5 recovery rate of 87.53%.
