摘 要:高海拔地区的金属矿山在使用柴油铲运机的过程中,会出现明显的柴油燃烧不充分的现象,排放出更多的有害气体。为了减少铲运机尾气排放的有害气体浓度,降低对作业人员身体的影响,有效改善作业环境,开展了高海拔金属矿山柴油铲运机尾气的排放规律研究。采用KM9106型号的综合烟气分析仪,分别测试了处于90 m、150 m、1524 m、3740 m海拔标高的4家金属地下矿山2种型号的矿用柴油铲运机在怠速状态和负载状态下尾气中的CO、NO、NOX有害气体浓度,分析不同海拔下柴油铲运机尾气中有害气体浓度的变化规律。测试结果表明,随着海拔的升高,铲运机尾气排放的CO、NO、NOX的浓度不断增大,3740 m海拔标高比90 m海拔标高的铲运机在怠速状态下排放尾气CO、NO、NOX分别高825%、261%和117.4%。In the process of using diesel LHD in high-altitude metal mines, there will be obvious phenomenon of insufficient diesel combustion, and more harmful gases are emitted. In order to reduce the harmful gas concentration of exhaust gas emitted by LHD, reduce the impact on operators’ health, and effectively improve the working environment, the exhaust gas emission law of diesel LHD in high-altitude metal mines was studied. Using KM9106 type of comprehensive flue gas analyzer, the harmful gas concentrations of CO, NO and NOX in the exhaust gas emitted by two types of mining diesel LHD in four underground metal mines at altitudes of 90 m, 150 m, 1524 m and 3740 m were measured under idle state and load state respectively, and the variation law of harmful gas concentration in the exhaust gas of diesel LHD at different altitudes was analyzed. The test results show that with the increase of altitude, the concentrations of CO, NO and NOX emitted by the LHD increase continuously. The concentrations of Co, NO and NOX emitted by the LHD at 3740 m altitude are 825%, 261% and 117.4% higher than those at 90 m altitude under idle state, respectively.
