北方某城市轨道工程职业病危害预评价

摘　　要：目的识别和评价北方某城市轨道交通运行过程中可能产生的职业病危害因素,探讨职业危害因素的防护措施,为卫生健康部门管理建设项目提供科学依据。方法选择与建设项目同城市并建成运营的轨道交通1号线一、二期工程进行类比,通过对类比现场的职业卫生学调查,对职业病危害因素危害程度进行综合分析评价。结果该建设项目在建成运行时可能产生的职业病危害因素有噪声、粉尘、毒物等。类比现场毒物、物理因素检测结果均符合国家标准,合格率100%,类比现场氡,氧气,微小气候,照度测定结果均符合国家标准,合格率100%。该项目选址与总体布局,生产设备布局,职业病防护设施设计,个人防护用品,卫生辅助用室设置,职业卫生管理和应急措施等符合国家有关规定。结论该建设项目的职业病危害因素控制防护措施,可将职业病危害控制在要求国家标准要求内,按职业病危害预评价评估,该项目职业病危害因素类别属于职业病危害一般建设项目,该项目是可行的。Objective To identify,evaluate and control the occupational hazards factors that may be generated during the running process of urban subways in a northern city. To discuss the protective measures and provide the scientific evidences for the health administration to manage this project.Methods Phase 1 and 2 of line 1 subway which were already completed in the same city were selected to be analogized.Make the comprehensive analysis and evaluation through the occupational investigation of the analogical scene and the collection of the data.Results The main occupational risk factors that may exist in this construction project were: noise, dust, toxic chemicals, etc.The test results of toxicant and physical factors were in line with the national standard. The qualified rate was 100%. The test results of radon, oxygen, microclimate and illumination were in line with the national standard. The qualified rate was 100%.The contents of this construction project including the site selection and general layout, production equipment layout, the design of the protective facilities, the usage of personal protective equipment, the facilities of sanitary auxiliary room, occupational health management and the emergency measures comply with the requirements of the national standards.Conclusion The protective measures on occupational disease of this construction project are effective to control the occupational hazards under the national standards, the construction project is a general occupational harmful project. The project is feasible according to the requirements of pre-assessment of occupational hazards.
