摘 要:目的分析某化工企业扩建对苯二甲酸二辛酯(DOTP)和己二酸二辛酯(DOA)项目主要职业病危害因素(对苯二甲酸、氢氧化钾、粉尘和噪声)的危害强度、职业病危害防护设施设置及对作业人员健康的影响,为加强职业危害监护提供依据。方法对该项目化学有害因素、噪声分布情况进行调查,并依据GBZ 2.1-2019《工作场所有害因素职业接触限值第1部分:化学有害因素》、GBZ 2.2-2007《工作场所有害因素职业接触限值第2部分:物理因素》进行检测,结合检测结果进行综合分析与评价。结果布设22+5检测点位(定点采样检测点位+个体采样岗位,下同)。其中,12+2点位对苯二甲酸检测点短时间接触浓度在0.12~0.40 mg/m3之间,3点位氢氧化钾检测点在0.004~0.0014 mg/m3之间,低于接触限值。1点位其他粉尘(己二酸)峰接触浓度为0.87 mg/m3,2点位活性炭粉尘峰接触浓度为0.53 mg/m3,20+5点位噪声检测点在63~84 dB(A)之间,皆低于职业接触限值。其他粉尘(己二酸)超限倍数在0.08~0.11之间,活性炭粉尘超限倍数在0.07~0.11之间,均小于2.0的标准;20+5点位噪声检测点在63~84 dB(A)之间,皆低于标准限值。结论化工行业采取自动化的生产工艺,通过密闭管道输送,有效降低了职业病危害,但仍要注意管理不善、设备老化、事故性泄漏等可能导致危害的因素,应采取预防措施,加强劳动者职业健康监护等。Objective To investigate and analyze the hazard intensity and occupational hazards of major occupational hazards(terephthalic acid, potassium hydroxide, dust and noise) in the expansion of dioctyl terephthalate(DOTP) and dioctyl adipate(DOA) projects in a chemical enterprise. The setting of protective facilities and their impact on the health of workers provide a basis for strengthening the monitoring of occupational hazards.Methods Investigate the distribution of chemical harmful factors and noise in the project, and in accordance with GBZ 2.1-2019 "Occupational Exposure Limits for Hazardous Factors in the Workplace Part 1: Chemical Hazardous Factors", GBZ 2.2-2007 "Occupational Exposure Limits for Hazardous Factors in the Workplace Part 2: Physical Factors" for testing, and comprehensive analysis and evaluation based on the test results. Results 22+5 detection points(fixed-point sampling detection points + individual sampling positions, the same below) were deployed. Among them, the short-term exposure concentration at the 12+2 point "terephthalic acid" detection point was between 0.12-0.40 mg/m3, and the 3 point "potassium hydroxide" detection point was between 0.004-0.001 4 mg/m3, are far below the exposure limit;1 point "other dust(adipic acid)" PE detection point was 0.87 mg/m3, and 2 point activated carbon dust PE detection point was 0.53 mg/m3,the noise detection points at 20+5 points were between 63-84 dB(A), which were all lower than the standard limit. Conclusion The chemical industry adopts automated processes and transported through closed pipelines to effectively reduce occupational hazards. However, it is still necessary to pay attention to possible harmful factors such as poor management, equipment aging, accidental leakage, etc., and preventive measures should be taken to strengthen the occupation of workers.
