摘 要:目的对某30万吨/年双氧水法环氧丙烷装置项目生产过程中产生的职业病危害因素进行风险评估,确定优先行动方案。方法按照GBZ/T 298-2017中半定量评估接触指数法,以化学性有害因素毒性资料确定危害分级(HR),以半定量方式确定接触等级(ER)进而计算出风险等级。结果拟建项目职业病危害因素中氨、氢氧化钠、水和肼为中等风险,其他职业病危害因素为低风险或可忽略风险。结论半定量评估接触指数法可以运用到某30万吨/年双氧水法环氧丙烷装置建设项目职业病危害预评价中。Objective To assess the occupational hazard factors in a production process of a 300 000 t/a hydrogen peroxide propylene oxide plant project, and put forward the priority action programme.Methods According to the GBZ/T 298-2017, the semi-quantitative exposure index method was used to assess occupational health risks, Hazard Classification(HR) was determined by toxicity data of chemical hazardous factors, and Exposure Grade(ER) was determined in a semi-quantitative manner to calculate the risk grade.Results Among the occupational-disease-inductive factors of the proposed project, ammonia, sodium hydroxide, hydrazine hydrate were of moderate risk, while other occupational-disease-inductive factors were of low risk or negligible risk.Conclusion The semi-quantitative exposure index method can be applied to the pre-evaluation of occupational hazards in construction projects.
