摘　　要：2019年在破坏力骇人的新冠肺炎疫情暴发之前,泰国在东盟首脑会议上提出东部经济走廊倡议,将泰国三个府转变为智慧城市--这一举措取得了成功。泰国的目标是建立一个贸易、投资、区域运输中心和通往亚洲的战略门户,其对推动实现东盟地区的无缝衔接也是信心满满。Before the devastating coronavirus pandemic,during the 2019 ASEAN Summit,Thailand introduced the Eastern Economic Corridor(EEC)initiative to transform three Thai provinces into smart cities-which has turned out to be a success.With the aim to create a centre for trade,investment,regional transportation,and a strategic gateway to Asia-Thailand is confident that it would promote a seamless ASEAN.
