工程伦理中的创新教学实践案例探讨

摘  要:工程伦理的教学常常强调工程上的伦理与道德,创新教学也是其中重要的内容。本文从电机实验案例引导学生创新与伦理道德的教学。传统电机实验主要是验证电机的参数测量和运行特性实验,使学生掌握了强电实验技能和方法,但不利于创新培养。本文通过Ansoft/Simplorer结合的仿真实验,锻炼学生综合掌握电力电子和电机实现同步发电机的仿真模型建立,获得运行特性。通过仿真实验结果的分析,引导学生改进不足,提高性价比,达到双创思维训练,同时也培养学生遵守安全技术规则的良好职业道德和尊重实验数据的良好伦理与道德。The teaching of engineering ethics often emphasizes engineering ethics and morality,Innovative teaching is also an important content part of it.This paper guides students'innovation and ethics teaching from electric machine experiment cases.The traditional machine experiment is mainly to verify the parameter measurement and operation characteristics of the machine.These enable students to master the skills and methods of high—voltage experiments.But they are not conducive to innovation and cultivation.In this paper,by the simulation experiment of AnsoftXSimplorer,students are trained to master power electronics and machine comprehensively,and the simulation model of synchronous generator is established,acquired operational characteristics.Through the analysis of the simulation results,students are guided to improve inadequately,students think about improving cost performance.In this way,we can achieve dual thinking training.At the same time,it also trains students to observe the good professional ethics of safety technical rules and respect the good ethics and morality of experimental data.
