摘  要:针对在微波测试仪器和系统中信号路由选择、传输环路备份的灵活性和可靠性的需求,设计了一种具有1×5、2×4、3×3三种工作模式的射频同轴矩阵开关。首先,确定了矩阵开关的整体结构,并设计了一种平衡旋转式的电磁驱动系统;然后,在确定了同轴射频组件的微波传输频率和介质撑的材料后,通过理论计算和仿真优化得到了其最终尺寸;最后,为了避免矩阵开关本身结构特性所造成的指标恶化,通过减小搭接处的传输簧片宽度和对搭接处的射频连接器内导体进行台阶变换,抵消了其产生的电容效应,从而补偿了同轴组件到边缘线型传输线过渡段的不连续性。对设计进行仿真验证的结果表明:矩阵开关的性能指标满足要求。对设计出的产品进行实测,在DC~20 GHz的频段,开关的电压驻波比小于1.2,插入损耗小于0.5 dB,隔离度大于90 dB,满足设计要求。结果表明:矩阵开关具有比普通微波开关更加灵活的传输切换方式。矩阵开关在保证传输切换灵活性的前提下避免了因此而产生的指标恶化,因此具有一定的经济效益。In order to meet the requirement of flexibility and reliability of the choice of signal routing and backups of transmission loop in microwave test instruments and systems,a radio frequency coaxial matrix switch is designed,which with three working modes:1×5、2×4、3×3.Firstly,this article determines the overall structure of the matrix switch,and designs a balanced rotating electromagnetic drive system.Then,the final size of the radio frequency coaxial component is obtained by theoretical calculation and simulation optimization after determining the microwave transmission frequency and the material of the dielectric support.Finally,In order to avoid the deterioration of index caused by the matrix switch structural characteristics itself,the capacitance effect of the overlap is canceled by reducing the width of the transmission reed and performing step transformation on the inner conductor,which the discontinuity of the transition from the coaxial component to the edge-line transmission line is compensated.The results of simulation verification on the design show that the performance indicators of the matrix switch meet the design requirements.Perform actual measurement on the designed product,in the DC~20 GHz frequency band,the VSWR of the switch is less than 1.2,the insertion loss is less than 0.5 dB,the isolation is greater than 90 dB,which meets the design requirements.The results show that the matrix switch has a more flexible transmission switching mode than the ordinary microwave switch.The matrix switch both avoids the index deterioration and maintains the flexibility of transmission switching,so it has certain economic benefits.
