摘 要:目的探索一种量化评价手部皮肤套脱伤再植术后皮肤成活情况的新指标。方法将375.0 mm^(2)的布块(代表坏死皮肤)剪成不同形状,分别放置在拇指皮肤套脱伤再植术后拇指皮肤的表面,模拟成临床5种不同成活情况的拇指套脱伤再植术后病例。用3D扫描仪测量并计算再植皮肤成活率。结果其中4种部分成活情况拇指套脱伤病例测得的再植皮肤总面积为(3923.8±11.8)mm^(2),坏死面积(375.7±5.5)mm^(2),成活面积(3538.1±7.7)mm^(2),提示无论再植皮肤坏死区域如何变化,3D扫描仪均能准确测得其坏死总面积,并得到再植皮肤成活率。结论皮肤成活率可作为临床判断手部皮肤套脱伤再植疗效的新量化评价指标。Objective To explore a new quantitative evaluation index of skin survival after replantation of hand skin degloving injury.Methods The 375.0 mm^(2) cloth(representing necrotic skin)was cut into different shapes and placed on the surface of the thumb skin after replantation of the thumb skin degloving injury to simulate the replantation of the thumb with 5 different survival conditions.The survival rate of replanted skin was measured and calculated by 3D scanner.Results The total area of replanted skin was(3923.8±11.8)mm^(2),the necrotic area was(375.7±5.5)mm^(2),and the survival area was(3538.1±1.1)mm^(2) in 4 kinds of partial survival cases.It suggested that no matter how the necrotic area of replanted skin changed,3D scanner could accurately measure the total necrotic area and get the survival rate of replanted skin.Conclusion The skin survival rate can be used as a new quantitative evaluation index for clinical evaluation of replantation efficacy of hand skin degloving injury.
