摘　　要：目的研究辅助生殖技术(ART)和自然妊娠孕妇的子痫前期的临床特征。方法临床资料收集为2019年6月—2020年11月在东莞市妇幼保健院妇产科的围产期子痫的孕妇,其中24例子痫前期(ART),46例子痫前期(自然受孕)一般资料回顾性分析两组孕妇的特点和各并发症。结果ART组的平均年龄为(38.83±4.85)岁,高于自然受孕组(28.87±4.81)岁,差异有统计学意义(t=8.200,P<0.05);多胎妊娠、妊娠期糖尿病(GDM)、胎死宫内、早产、HELL综合征、子痫和胎盘早剥高于自然受孕组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论ART组较自然妊娠组并发症发生率更高,母婴不良结局概率更大,因此,对于ART妊娠妇女在孕期检查、围产期护理方面需要更加提高警惕,通过分析ART妊娠妇女子痫前期的临床特点为孕期的胎儿护理提供重要建议。Objective To study the clinical characteristics of assisted reproductive technology(ART)and preeclampsia in pregnant women with natural pregnancy.Methods Clinical data collection of pregnant women with perinatal eclampsia in the Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology of Dongguan Maternity and Child Health Hospital from June 2019 to November 2020.Among them 24 cases of preeclampsia(ART),46 cases of preeclampsia(natural conception)general data review analysis of the characteristics and complications of the two groups of pregnant women.Results The average age of the ART group was(38.83±4.85)years old,which was higher than that of the natural conception group(28.87±4.81)years old,the difference was statistically significant(t=8.200,P<0.05);multiple pregnancy,gestational diabetes(GDM),intrauterine death,premature delivery,HELL syndrome,eclampsia,and placental abruption were higher than those in the natural conception group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05),and the difference was statistically significant.Conclusion Compared with the natural pregnancy group,the ART group has a higher incidence of complications and a higher probability of adverse maternal and infant outcomes.Therefore,it is necessary to be more vigilant in pregnancy examinations and perinatal care for pregnant women with ART.Through analysis of ART pregnant women with preeclampsia,the clinical characteristics of fetus provide important advice for fetal care during pregnancy.
