降温贴敷贴昆仑太溪改善踝部骨折患者肿痛的效果研究

摘　　要：目的探讨降温贴敷贴昆仑太溪对踝部骨折患者肿痛的改善效果。方法方便选取2018年1月—2020年10月该院收治的86例踝部骨折患者,随机分为研究组与对照组,每组43例。对照组在入院后予持续冰袋冷敷,研究组在入院后予降温贴敷贴昆仑穴和太溪穴。比较两组患者的踝部肿胀程度、疼痛程度及舒适度。结果研究组干预后1 d VAS评分(3.98±1.41)分、3 d(2.92±1.14)分、5 d(1.40±0.27)分明显低于对照组(4.95±1.93)分、(3.61±1.38)分、(1.83±0.36)分,差异有统计学意义(t=2.661,P=0.009;t=2.528,P=0.013;t=6.266,P<0.001)。研究组干预后1 d患肢周径差(4.11±1.33)cm、3 d(3.72±0.85)cm、5 d(1.87±0.49)cm明显低于对照组(4.77±1.29)cm、(4.55±0.93)cm、(2.64±0.67)cm,差异有统计学意义(t=2.336,P=0.022;t=4.320,P<0.001;t=6.083,P<0.001)。研究组干预后的Likert评分(3.84±1.11)分明显高于对照组(2.43±0.72)分,差异有统计学意义(t=6.988,P<0.001)。结论降温贴敷贴昆仑太溪可有效改善踝部骨折患者的肿痛,有助于促进患者恢复。Objective To investigate the effect of Kunlun Taixi cooling patch on the swelling and pain of ankle fracture patients.Methods A total of 86 patients with ankle fractures in the hospital from January 2018 to October 2020 were convenience selected and randomly divided into a study group and a control group,with 43 cases in each group.The control group received continuous ice packs after admission,and the study group received cooling patches after admission to Kunlun and Taixi points.The ankle swelling,pain and comfort of the two groups of patients were compared.Results The VAS scores of the study group at 1 d(3.98±1.41)points,3 d(2.92±1.14)points,and 5 d(1.40±0.27)points after intervention were significantly lower than those of the control group(4.95±1.93)points(3.61±1.38)points,and(1.83±0.36)points,the difference was statistically significant(t=2.661,P=0.009;t=2.528,P=0.013;t=6.266,P<0.001).After intervention in the study group,the difference in circumference of the affected limb at 1 d(4.11±1.33)cm,3 d(3.72±0.85)cm,and 5 d(1.87±0.49)cm was significantly lower than that of the control group(4.77±1.29)cm,(4.55±0.93)cm,(2.64±0.67)cm,the difference was statistically significant(t=2.336,P=0.022;t=4.320,P<0.001;t=6.083,P<0.001).The Likert score(3.84±1.11)points of the study group after intervention was significantly higher than that of the control group(2.43±0.72)points,and the difference was statistically significant(t=6.988,P<0.001).Conclusion Kunlun Taixi cooling plaster can effectively improve the swelling and pain of patients with ankle fractures,help promote the recovery of patients.
