基于反垄断规制视角的互联网闭合生态发展与路径研究

摘　　要：随着互联网的迭代发展和平台垄断广度和深度上的持续演进,互联网生态逐渐从开放转向闭合,并最终形塑为当下互联网的一种生产方式和文化形态。闭合生态与互联网"双轮垄断"的这种耦合共轭在提升经济效率和促进资源有效配置的同时,也带来了互联网治理和产业发展的双重挑战。本研究基于互联网反垄断规制的理论建构需求,通过对闭合概念、互联网"双轮垄断"与闭合生态的耦合轨迹、动力的分析和研究,展现了互联网底层闭合形态和应用闭环形态的当下面貌及其逻辑体系,并揭示了该生态轻微化、协同化和竞合化的发展路径。With the iterative development of the Internet and the continuous evolution of platform monopoly in terms of scope and depth,the Internet ecology gradually closes its door on openness,and finally it is being shaped as a mode of production and cultural formation.The coupling of closed ecology and the Internet form the double monopoly,which can not only improve economic efficiency and promote the effective allocation of resources,but also brings dual challenges to Internet governance and industrial development.Based on the theoretical construction needs of Internet anti-monopoly regulation,this study shows the current situation and logical system of the bottom closed-loop form as well as the application of closed-loop form through the analysis of the concept of closed-loop,the coupling trajectory and dynamic research,and it also reveals the development and path forward for the ecological lightness,coordination and competition of the closed-loop ecology of the Internet.
