摘 要:目的研究在室温盆栽条件下接种28种不同丛枝菌根真菌对滇重楼根系活力及对其品质的影响。方法以不接种丛枝菌根真菌的空白组作对照,其余28组为接种不同丛枝菌根真菌的实验组,采用曲利本蓝染色法测定根系的侵染率,采用TTC染色法测定丛枝菌根真菌根系的活力,采用UV法测定其总皂苷、总多糖、总黄酮的含量,利用SPSS 22.0软件分析所测指标的Pearson双侧检验相关性。结果丛枝菌根真菌与滇重楼可形成共生复合体,并促进其生长,28种丛枝菌根真菌均可增加滇重楼根系的活力并提高滇重楼总皂苷、总多糖及总黄酮的含量。其中,Gigaspora gigantean、Scutellospora calospora、Diversispora eburnean菌株提高滇重楼的品质最明显。结论在人工栽培滇重楼时可引用巨孢囊霉组、盾巨孢囊霉组和多孢囊霉组的菌株,可有效提高滇重楼的产量与药用品质。OBJECTIVE To explore the effects of 28 different arbuscular mycorrhizal fungi(AMF) on the root vigor and quality of Paris polyphylla root in a potted plant at room temperature.METHODS The blank group without AMF was used as a control, and the remaining 28 groups were experimental groups inoculated with different AMF.The root infection rate was determined by the Triburnum staining method, and the root activity was determined by the TTC staining method.Root vitality was determined by UV method to measure the content of total saponins, total polysaccharides, and total flavonoids.The SPSS 22.0 software was used to conduct Pearson correlation analysis of the measured indicators.RESULTS AMF and P.polyphylla could form a symbiotic complex and promote its growth.28 AMF could increase the root vigor of P.polyphylla and the content of total saponins, total polysaccharides and total flavonoids.Among them, Gigaspora gigantea,Scutellospora calospora,and Diversispora eburnea strains improved the quality of P.polyphylla the most.CONCLUSION In the artificial cultivation of P.polyphylla,the strains of the G.gigantean,S.calospora and D.eburnea can be used to effectively increase the yield and active ingredients of P.polyphylla.
