摘　　要：目的建立冠心苏合丸的GC特征图谱。方法采用DB1701毛细管柱(30 m×0.32 mm, 0.25μm),程序升温,进样口温度220℃,检测器为氢火焰离子化检测器,检测器温度250℃,进样量1μL,分流比10:1。结果建立了冠心苏合丸的特征图谱,共标定了12个共有峰,并指认出了7个特征峰。结论所用方法灵敏、快速,操作简便,重复性好,可用于冠心苏合丸的质量控制。OBJECTIVE To establish a method of GC spectific chromatogram for Guanxin Suhe pills(GSP).METHODS The chromatographic column was DB 1701 capillary column(30 m×0.32 mm, 0.25 μm) with programmed temperature rise.The temperature of injection port was 220 ℃.The detector was a hydrogen flame ionization detector and the temperature of which was 250 ℃.The injection volume was 1 μL and the split ratio was 10:1.RESULTS The characteristic chromatogram was completed with 12 commom peaks of GSP,and 7 characteristic peaks were indicated.CONCLUSION The method is fast, rapid, convenient, and accurate and can be used for the quality control GSP.
