摘 要:扩展蛋白(Expansins)作为细胞壁松弛蛋白,是调控细胞壁延展的重要调节因子,参与调控植物细胞壁松弛、细胞膨大与胁迫反应等过程。本研究从三七基因组中共鉴定到24个Expansins基因,其中,EXPA亚家族成员17个,EXPB亚家族成员3个,EXLA亚家族成员1个,EXLB亚家族成员3个,系统进化分析显示它们与不同物种间有一定亲缘关系,表明该家族基因具有一定保守性。通过分析6个生长时期的三七主根中Expansins家族基因表达热图,发现Pn EXP15、Pn EXP17、Pn EXP22、Pn EXP24在三七主根发育过程中显著高表达,可能参与调控细胞壁松弛来调节三七主根的发育,以促进三七主根的膨大。本研究为深入探索三七扩展蛋白家族基因的功能、物种间的进化关系和三七分子育种提供科学参考依据。Expansins as cell wall relaxation proteins, are important regulators of cell wall extension, which are involved in cell wall relaxation, cell expansion and stress response. A total of 24 Expansins were identified from the genome of Panax notoginseng, including 17 members of EXPA subfamily, 3 members of EXPB subfamily, one EXLA subfamily member, 3 members of EXLB subfamily. Phylogenetic analysis showed that they were related to other different species, indicate that the family’s genes are conservative. By analyzing the expression heatmap of Expansins in the taproot of Panax notoginseng at six growth stages, the heatmap showed that Pn EXP15, Pn EXP17,Pn EXP22, Pn EXP24 were highly expressed at the development of P. notoginseng taproot, which may involved in the cell wall relaxation during the taproot development and promote its expansion. This will provide a scientific basis for further exploring the function of the Expansin family genes, the evolutionary relationship between species and molecular breeding of P. notoginseng.
