摘  要:番茄斑萎病毒(tamato spotted wilt virus, TSWV)是世界10种危害性最大的植物病毒之一,番茄受侵染后损失可达80%甚至绝收。近年来番茄斑萎病毒越来越严重,抗病品种育种速度远远不能满足市场需要,为了加快抗番茄斑萎病毒病的育种速度,本研究以长沙、昆明、三亚三地穿梭育种,达到一年三代,结合分子标记辅助筛选,2年内能获得抗番茄斑萎病毒病的材料,为育种者提供快速转育的新方法。Tomato spotted wilt virus is one of the 10 most harmful plant viruses in the world. The loss of tomatoes infected by tomato spotted wilt virus can reach 80% or even no harvest. In recent years, tomato spotted wilt virus has become more and more serious, and the breeding speed of resistant varieties is far from meeting the market demand. In order to speed up the breeding speed of tomato spotted wilt virus resistance, Changsha, Kunming and Sanya were selected to achieve three generations a year. Combined with molecular marker assisted screening, the materials resistant to tomato spotted wilt virus can be obtained within two years, which provides a new way for breeders to transfer quickly method.
