摘  要:清洗和消毒是降低非洲猪瘟病毒(African swine fever virus,ASFV)感染的重要措施,而选择和使用正确的化学消毒剂是确保消毒有效的重要前提。当前非洲猪瘟的防控形势依然复杂严峻,选择并正确使用适合杀灭ASFV的消毒剂对减少病毒传播、控制非洲猪瘟尤为重要。文章介绍了猪场常用的杀灭ASFV的消毒剂类型和主要作用机理,以及它们的消毒效果并提出了猪场应用建议,以期为防控ASFV提供指导。Cleaning and disinfection are important measures to reduce African swine fever virus(ASFV) infection, while the correct selection and use of chemical disinfectants are important prerequisites to ensure the effectiveness of disinfection. The current situation of African swine fever prevention and control is still complicated and severe, and the selection and correct use of disinfectants suitable for killing ASFV are particularly important for reducing the spread of the virus and controlling African swine fever. The article introduced the types of disinfectants commonly used in pig farms to kill ASFV and their main mechanism of action, as well as their disinfection effect, and put forward suggestions for pig farm application, in order to provide guidance for the prevention and control of ASFV.
