摘 要:为了寻求合理利用青粗饲料、降低大型绵羊养殖场养殖成本的方法,试验选取体况相似、体重相近[(19.18±2.20)kg]、80日龄健康的断奶湖羊公羔90只,随机分为2组,每组45只,每组3个重复,每个重复15只。按照干物质基础,A组全株玉米青贮∶花生秧=1.8∶1,B组全株玉米青贮∶花生秧=3.0∶1,预试期为10 d,正试期为90 d,研究湖羊日粮中全株玉米青贮与花生秧的不同组成比例对湖羊生长性能、屠宰性能及内脏器官重量和指数的影响。结果表明:A组试验羊的平均干物质日采食量显著高于B组(P<0.05),但两组试验羊的平均日增重、料重比、宰前活重、胴体重、屠宰率、骨重、净肉重、净肉率、胴体净肉率、骨肉比、头重、蹄重、皮毛重,以及心脏、肝脏、脾脏、肺脏、肾脏重量及其指数均差异不显著(P>0.05),B组成本比A组降低0.03元/(只·d)。说明湖羊日粮中全株玉米青贮与花生秧的比例为3.0∶1(干物质基础)时既不影响羊的生长性能、屠宰性能,又可降低饲料成本,可以推荐其作为大型规模化羊场育肥期使用的饲料配制比例。In order to find ways to rationally use silage feed and reduce the breeding cost of large-scale lamb farm, Ninety 80-day-old healthy male weaned lambs with similar body condition and body weight([19.18±2.20] kg) were randomly divided into two groups with 45 lambs in each group and three replicates(15 lambs in each replicate) in each group. On the dry matter basis, the ratio of whole corn silage to peanut vine in group A was 1.8∶1, and that in group B was 3.0∶1. The pre-trial period was 10 d, and trial period was 90 d. The effects of different composition proportions of whole corn silage and peanut vine in diet of Hu sheep on growth performance, slaughter performance, internal organ weight and index of Hu sheep were studied. The result showed that the average daily dry matter intake of lambs in group A was significantly higher than that in group B(P<0.05), but there were no significant differences in average daily gain, F/G, live weight before slaughter, carcass weight, dressing percentage, bone weight, net meat weight, net meat percentage, ratio of meat to carcass, ratio of bone to meat, external organ weight such as head, hooves and fur, as well as organ weight and index of heart, liver, spleen, lung and kidney between the two groups(P>0.05). The feed cost in group B decreased by 0.03 yuan/d per lamb compared with lambs fed A. The results indicated that the ratio of whole corn silage to peanut vine was 3.0∶1(dry matter basis) in feed, which could not affect the growth performance and slaughter performance of sheep, but also reduce the feed cost, so it could be recommended as the fattening production of large-scale sheep farm.
