摘 要:对1Cr11Ni23Ti3MoB奥氏体热强不锈钢的切削加工性能进行试验分析,采用二次正交旋转组合试验设计方法,研究切削速度、进给量、切削深度等工艺参数对刀具磨损和加工表面粗糙度的影响规律。分析结果表明,采用涂层刀具切削1Cr11Ni23Ti3MoB不锈钢时,磨损机制主要包括磨损初期的前刀面月牙洼磨损和剧烈磨损阶段的涂层剥落。刀具磨损量与切削深度、切削时间为正相关,与进给量、切削速度为负相关,对刀具磨损量影响最大的工艺参数是切削深度。加工表面粗糙度值随切削速度的提高和切削深度的增大而减小,随进给量的增大而增大,对加工表面粗糙度影响最大的工艺参数是切削速度。The cutting performance of 1 Cr11 Ni23 Ti3 MoB austenitic heat strength stainless steel was tested and analyzed. The design method of combination test of quadrature orthogonal rotation was used to study the influence of cutting speed,amount of feed,depth of cut and other process parameters on tool wear and surface roughness. The analysis results show that when the coated tool is used to cut 1 Cr11 Ni23 Ti3 MoB stainless steel,the wear mechanism mainly includes the crescent crater wear of the rake face at the initial stage of wear and disbonding at the severe wear stage. Tool wear is positively correlated with cutting depth and cutting time,and negatively correlated with amount of feed and cutting speed. The process parameter that has the greatest influence on tool wear is cutting depth. The surface roughness value of the machined surface decreases with the increase of the cutting speed and the depth of cut,and increases with the additional amount of feed. The process parameter that has the greatest influence on the surface roughness is the cutting speed.
