摘 要:针对路面养护车辅油箱开裂问题,以行驶作业工况振动源为基础,提出一种路面激励与车载发动机振动响应相结合的振动模型。基于频率响应分析,结合路面加速度谱密度计算结果,对所提出的振动模型进行随机振动分析,分析结果与实际情况吻合。以自由模态下各主振型为基础,对现有路面养护车辅油箱进行结构改进,并对改进方案进行仿真校核。结果表明,改进方案可以使结构应力减小,并且满足安全性要求。Aiming at the cracking problem of the auxiliary fuel tank of the roadway maintenance vehicle,based on the vibration source of the driving operation condition,a vibration model combining the pavement excitation and the vibration response of the vehicle engine was proposed. Based on the frequency response analysis and in combination with the calculation results of the pavement accelerogram densimeter,the proposed vibration model was subjected to random vibration analysis,and the analytic results were consistent with the actual situation. Based on the dominant modes of vibration in the free modality,the existing structure of the auxiliary fuel tank of the roadway maintenance vehicle was improved,and the improvement plan was simulated and checked. The results show that the improved scheme can reduce the structural stress and meets the safety requirement.
