知识异质性对集群企业知识共享绩效的影响研究——有中介的调节模型

摘　　要：通过构建知识异质性、集群学习、集群氛围和知识共享绩效的理论模型,对来自山西省7个产业集群的154份有效样本展开研究。结果表明:集群企业的知识异质性有助于知识共享绩效的提升;集群学习在知识异质性对集群企业知识共享绩效的影响机制中发挥了部分中介作用;集群氛围增强了知识异质性对知识共享绩效的正向影响;集群氛围对知识异质性与知识共享绩效之间关系的调节作用完全通过集群学习起作用。This paper builds a theoretical model of knowledge heterogeneity,cluster learning,cluster atmosphere,and knowledge sharing performance based on 154 volid samples from 7 industrial clusters in Shanxi Province.Results show that knowledge heterogeneity has a positive impact on the knowledge sharing performance of cluster enterprises.Cluster learning plays a part of the mediating role in the mechanism of knowledge heterogeneity on the performance of cluster enterprises′knowledge sharing.The cluster atmosphere enhances the positive impact of knowledge heterogeneity on knowledge sharing performance.It also has been found that the moderation effect of cluster atmosphere on the relationship between knowledge heterogeneity and knowledge sharing performance is entirely through the cluster learning.
