摘　　要：介绍国内外去除硫酸根的6种方法。根据淡盐水除硫酸根原理,陕西北元化工集团有限公司采用“MR0膜+冷冻法”除硫酸根。系统运行后,进膜淡盐水pH值、游离氯含量、渗透液硫酸钠含量、预冷温度、沉硝器温度等工艺指标均满足离子膜电解对盐水品质的要求。Six methods of sulfate removal at home and abroad are introduced.The principle of sulfate removal from dilute brine is analyzed.The"modified reverse osmosis membrane+freezing method"process taken by Shaanxi Beiyuan Chemical Group Co.,Ltd.to remove sulfate radical is introduced.After the system was put into operation,process indexes such as the pH value and free chlorine content of dilute brine entering the membrane,the sodium sulfate content of permeate,the precooling temperature and the temperature of sulfate precipitator,met the recjuirements of ion-exchange membrane electrolysis for brine quality.
