摘　　要：为了应对第四次工业革命带来的机遇和挑战,拓展并加深中国与欧洲各国的智能制造科技创新合作,携手应对疫情挑战,对欧洲各主要国家推进智能制造发展的政策进行了概述,为中欧开展智能制造科技创新合作提供建议。In order to cope with the opportunities and challenges brought by the fourth industrial revolution, expand and deepen the cooperation in smart manufacturing technology innovation between China and European countries, and work together to cope with the challenges of the pandemic, a review of European countries’ industrial strategy is provided, and suggestions on the further cooperation of smart manufacturing technology innovation between China and European countries are given.
