摘  要:为保证电能表生产校验过程中RFID识别设备正常工作,设计了一种气动屏蔽装置。该装置利用完全密闭的镀锌钢板外层以及吸波导电泡棉对外部电磁波进行屏蔽,并通过传感技术与电控气动方式实现屏蔽装置的自动控制。试验结果表明,设计的电能表校验用气动屏蔽装置的屏蔽效能可达到25dB~30dB,满足工况需求,并且能够配合自动化生产需要,极大的提高工作效率。In order to ensure the normal operation of RFID identification equipment during the production and verification of electric energy meters, a pneumatic shielding device is designed. The device uses wave-absorbing conductive foam and a completely sealed outer layer of galvanized steel sheet to shield external electromagnetic waves, and realizes automatic control of the shielding device through sensing technology and electro-pneumatic methods. The test results show that the shielding effectiveness of the designed pneumatic shielding device for electric energy meter calibration can reach 25 dB~30 dB, which can meet the requirements of working conditions, and can meet the needs of automated production, it will greatly improves work efficiency.
