摘 要:采用锥形量热仪、极限氧指数测试仪、垂直水平燃烧试验仪及扫描电镜等测试环氧树脂基体及T800碳纤维/环氧复合材料的燃烧特性、表面微观形貌及成炭行为。结果表明:50 kW/m^(2)辐射强度下,相比环氧树脂基体,T800碳纤维/环氧复合材料的点燃时间、达到热释放速率峰值和最大烟释放速率峰值的时间分别延迟51、204、34 s,热释放速率峰值与烟释放速率峰值分别降低76%和59%。T800碳纤维/环氧复合材料的最大极限氧指数可达61.8%、垂直和水平燃烧等级分别为V-0和HB。T800碳纤维/环氧复合材料具有优异的防火性能,依据密集碳纤维束及燃烧后产生的包覆在表面形成炭层,实现双向阻燃及控烟。The combustion characteristics,surface micromorphology and char formation behavior of epoxy resin matrix and T800 carbon fiber/epoxy composites were tested by cone calorimeter,limit oxygen index tester,vertical/horizontal burning tester and SEM.The results show that under 50 kW/m^(2) radiation intensity,the ignition time,time to peak heat release rate and maximum smoke release rate of T800 carbon fiber/epoxy composites are delayed by 51,204 and 34 s respectively,and the peaks of heat release rate as well as smoke release rate are reduced by 76% and 59% respectively compared with epoxy resin matrix.The maximum limiting oxygen index of T800 carbon fiber/epoxy composites can reach 61.8%.The vertical and horizontal combustion grades are V-0 and HB respectively.T800 carbon fiber/epoxy composites have excellent fire resistance.Based on the dense carbon fiber bundle and the carbon layer coated on the surface after combustion,the bidirectional flame retardant and smoke control is realized.
