摘  要:采用一种适用于薄壁加工的磷氮硅复合膨胀型阻燃母粒对聚丙烯(PP)进行阻燃改性,通过差示扫描量热仪、热重分析仪、电子万能试验机、氧指数测定仪和锥形量热仪等手段,探究阻燃母粒对PP结晶性能、热稳定性能、力学性能和阻燃性能的影响。结果表明:膨胀型阻燃母粒的加入会导致PP的结晶度下降,明显提高阻燃PP的残炭率,进而提高PP在高温区的热稳定性。阻燃母粒虽然降低PP的拉伸强度,但是明显提高PP的冲击强度。阻燃改性后的PP厚度为3 mm时,LOI为36.4%,UL-94为V-0级;厚度为0.06 mm的阻燃PP薄膜的LOI为28.8%,UL-94达到VTM-0级。阻燃PP最大热释放速率较纯PP下降83.8%,烟释放总量较纯PP下降98.5%,表现优异的阻燃性能和抑烟效果。A phosphorus-nitrogen-silica composite intumescent flame retardant masterbatch suitable for thin-walled processing was used to modify polypropylene(PP),and the effects of the flame retardant masterbatch on the crystallization property,thermal stability,mechanical property and flame retardancy of PP were studied by means of differential scanning calorimetry,thermal gravimetric analyzer,electronic universal testing machine,oxygen index tester and cone calorimeter.The results show that the addition of the intumescent flame retardant masterbatch can decrease the crystallinity of PP,significantly increase the residual carbon rate of flame retardant PP,and thus improve the thermal stability of PP in the high temperature region.The flame retardant masterbatch can reduce the tensile strength of PP,but more obviously improve the impact strength of PP.When the thickness of modified PP is 3 mm,the LOI of flame retardant PP is 36.4% and UL-94 is V-0.When the thickness of modified PP is 0.06 mm,the LOI of flame retardant PP is 28.8% and UL-94 is VTM-0.The maximum heat release rate of flame retardant PP is decreased by 83.8% compared with neat PP,and the total smoke release is decreased by 98.5% compared with neat PP,showing excellent flame retardant performance and smoke suppression effect.
