摘 要:以聚己二酸/对苯二甲酸丁二酯(PBAT)和微晶纤维素(MCC)为原料,采用熔融挤出流延法制备PBAT/MCC复合材料。探究PBAT/MCC复合材料的热学性能、流变行为、微观形貌和力学性能。结果表明:MCC能够提高PBAT基体的热稳定性,使PBAT/MCC复合材料的残炭率显著增加。当MCC用量为7%,PBAT/MCC复合材料的T5%达到366.0℃,与纯PBAT相比提高40.2℃,残炭率提高至10.33%。MCC在PBAT基体中起异相成核作用,当MCC用量为3%,PBAT/MCC复合材料的Tc和Tm分别提高3.61℃和2.9℃。MCC的添加使PBAT基体的储能模量、损耗模量和复合黏度均略有提升。同时,MCC能够起增强和增韧作用,当MCC的加入量为3%,PBAT/MCC复合材料的拉伸强度和断裂伸长率达到最大值,与纯PBAT相比分别提高27.1%和49.7%,且MCC在PBAT中表现良好的相容性。PBAT/MCC composites were prepared using poly(butylene adipate-co-terephthalate)(PBAT)and microcrystalline cellulose(MCC)by melt extrusion casting method.The thermal properties,rheological behavior,micromorphology and the mechanical properties of PBAT/MCC composites were characterized.The results show that MCC can improve the thermal stability of the PBAT matrix and increase the carbon residue rate of PBAT/MCC composites significantly.When the amount of MCC is 7%,the T5% of PBAT/MCC composites reaches 366.0℃,which is 40.2℃ higher than that of pure PBAT,and the carbon residue rate increases to 10.33%.MCC acting as heterogeneous nucleation in PBAT matrix,when the amount of MCC is 3%,the Tcand Tmof the PBAT/MCC composites increase by 3.61℃ and 2.9℃,respectively.The storage modulus,loss modulus and complex viscosity of the PBAT matrix increase with the addition of MCC.At the same time,the addition of MCC can play a role in strengthening and toughening.When the addition of MCC is 3%,the tensile strength and elongation at break of the composites reach the maximum,increasing by 27.1% and 49.7%respectively,and MCC shows good compatibility in the PBAT matrix.
