摘 要:选用三种POE和一种SEBS弹性体材料,采用熔融共混的方法制备PP/SEBS/POE复合材料。探究弹性体种类和掺量对复合材料的力学性能、光学性能和微观结构的影响。结果表明:当弹性体掺量为20 phr,选用POE940和SEBS弹性体的PP/SEBS/POE复合材料力学性能和光学性能最佳,其拉伸强度达到27.3 MPa,低温冲击强度达到34.1 k J/m2,透明度达到79.4%,雾度为20.1%。POM和SEM分析表明:弹性体SEBS和POE940的柔性链可以与PP分子链良好缠连,在断口表面形成波状和网状结构。这种网络结构能够吸收材料受应力作用的能量,也可以有效阻碍复合材料形成规律晶格,降低球晶尺寸,增强光学性能。Three types of POE and one type of SEBS were chosen to prepare PP/SEBS/POE composites by melt blending method.The mechanical properties,optical properties and microstructural features of the composites with different elastomers and dosages of elastomers were researched.The results show that when the elastomer content is 20 phr,the mechanical properties and optical properties of PP/SEBS/POE composites with POE940 and SEBS elastomers are the best.The tensile strength is 27.3 MPa,the low-temperature impact strength is 34.1 kJ/m2,the transmittance is 79.4%,and the haze is 20.1%.The POM and SEM analysis show that the flexible chains of elastomer SEBS and POE940 can be well entangled with the PP molecular chain,forming wavy and network structures on the fracture surface.This network structure can absorb the energy of the material under stress,and also effectively hinder the formation of regular lattices,reduce the size of spherulites and enhance the optical properties of the composites.
