摘  要:聚对苯二甲酰对苯二胺(PPTA)作为芳纶纤维,与聚氯乙烯(PVC)共混,制备PVC/PPTA复合材料,并对复合材料的热稳定性、力学性能、阻燃性能以及耐久性进行研究。结果表明:当PPTA含量为4.5 g,PVC/PPTA的热稳定性最好,并且拉伸强度、断裂伸长率以及弯曲强度均达到最大值,分别为68.9 MPa、254%以及43.6 MPa。PPTA的加入能够提高复合材料的阻燃性能,PVC/PPTA-3的LOI值达到43.6%,与PVC相比,热释放峰值降低30.6%。PVC/PPTA-3经过高温老化,耐久性能下降程度较小,说明其可以有效用于阻燃建筑管材。PVC/PPTA composites were prepared by poly-p-phenylene terephthalamide(PPTA)as aramid fiber blending with polyvinyl chloride(PVC).The thermal stability,mechanical properties,flame retardancy and durability of the composites were studied.The results show that when the PPTA content is 4.5 g,PVC/PPTA has the best thermal stability,and the tensile strength,elongation at break and bending strength which reach the maximum values of 68.9 MPa,254% and 43.6 MPa,respectively.The addition of PPTA can improve the flame retardancy of the composites.The LOI value of PVC/PPTA-3 reaches 43.6%,and the peak heat release rate decreases by 30.6% compared with PVC.After high temperature aging,the durability of PVC/PPTA-3 decreases slightly indicating that it can be effectively used for flame retardant building pipes.
