摘 要:针对50%玻纤增强PA66材料止回阀,采用仿真模拟技术对阀体的三个重要位置的圆柱度进行优化。初始工艺下结果显示:螺栓孔圆柱度为0.1523 mm,满足设计指标要求;卡扣区域圆柱度为0.2730 mm,中心流路圆柱度为0.1074 mm,均不满足设计指标要求。正交试验得到各工艺参数对卡扣区域圆柱度的影响程度排序为:模具温度>注射压力>保压压力>熔体温度>保压时间;对中心流路圆柱度的影响程度排序为:熔体温度>保压时间>注射压力>模具温度>保压压力。结合卡扣区域及中心流路的圆柱度,得到优化工艺参数为注射压力85 MPa、保压压力50 MPa、保压时间4 s、熔体温度295℃及模具温度85℃。优化工艺下仿真结果表明:三个位置的圆柱度均满足设计指标要求,通过试模验证其具有实际生产的可行性。The cylindricity of three important positions of 50% glass fiber reinforced PA66 material check valve was optimized by simulation technology.The calculation results under the initial process show that the cylindricity of the bolt hole is 0.1523 mm,which meets the design index requirements.The cylindricity of the snap-fit area is 0.2730 mm and the cylindricity of the central flow channel is 0.1074 mm,which does not meet the design index requirements.The influence degree of each process parameters on the cylindricity of the snap-fit area is ranked as follows:mold temperature>injection pressure>holding pressure>melt temperature>holding time.The order of influence on the cylindricity of the central flow channel is:melt temperature>holding time>injection pressure>mold temperature>holding pressure.Combined with the cylindricity of snap-fit area and central flow path,the optimized process parameters are obtained.The injection pressure is 85 MPa,the holding pressure is 50 MPa,the holding time is 4 s,the melt temperature is 295℃ and the mold temperature is 85℃.The simulation results under the optimized process show that the cylindricity of the three positions meets the design index requirements,and the feasibility of actual production is verified by trial model.
