甘油锌的悬浮法合成及热稳定性能研究

摘  要:通过悬浮法制备甘油锌,并对甘油锌进行表征。研究氧化锌与甘油摩尔比、催化剂乙酸(HAc)用量、稳定剂种类及用量、非质子溶剂对甘油锌产率及锌含量的影响。将悬浮法甘油锌作为聚氯乙烯(PVC)的热稳定剂,采用热老化法及刚果红法探究甘油锌对PVC热稳定性的影响。结果表明:优化条件下反应可控性较好,产品质量良好,锌含量符合理论值。悬浮法甘油锌的热稳定性与商品甘油锌相类似,高于硬脂酸锌。优化条件下,甘油锌可以延长PVC的刚果红变色时间,热老化试验保持无色时间从0增加至20 min。Zinc glycerol was prepared by suspension method and was characterized.The effects of molar ratio of zinc oxide to glycerol,dosage of catalyst acetic acid(HAc),type and dosage of stabilizer,and aprotic solvent on the yield and zinc content of zinc glycerol were studied.The suspension method prepared zinc glycerol was used as the thermal stabilizer of polyvinyl chloride(PVC).The effects of zinc glycerol on the thermal stability of PVC were investigated by thermal aging and Congo red method.The results show that under the optimized conditions,the reaction controllability is good,the product quality is good,and the zinc content conforms to the theoretical value.The thermal stability of zinc glycerol prepared by suspension method is similar to that of commercial zinc glycerol,which is higher than that of zinc stearate.Under the optimized conditions,zinc glycerol could prolong the Congo red discoloration time of PVC,and the colorless time of thermal aging test is increased from 0 to 20 min.
