摘  要:尼龙(PA)具有较好的机械强度与耐磨性,在日常生活以及工农业领域被广泛应用。然而PA存在冲击强度对温度敏感以及吸水率较高等问题,限制其进一步的应用。PA需要与其他塑料共混,制备综合性能更优异的PA共混材料。但PA与一些塑料相容性较差,需要添加相容剂改善两相界面,达到增容目的。本研究综述相容剂对PA与聚乙烯(PE)、聚丙烯(PP)、丙烯腈-丁二烯-苯乙烯共聚物(ABS)、聚苯醚(PPO)、聚乳酸(PLA)、聚对苯二甲酸丁二醇酯(PBT)等塑料共混的力学性能的影响,并对当前相容剂发展方向作出展望。Nylon(PA)has good mechanical strength and wear resistance,which is widely used in daily life and industrial and agricultural fields.However,PA also has problems such as temperature-sensitive impact strength and high water absorption,which limit its further application.PA blends with better comprehensive properties is prepared with blending PA with other plastics.However,PA has poor compatibility with some plastics,and compatibilizers needs to be added to improve the two-phase inferface to achieve the purpose of compatibilization.In this study,the effects of compatibilizers on the mechanical properties of PA blended with polyethylene(PE),polypropylene(PP),acrylonitrile-butadiene-styrene copolymers(ABS),polyphenylene oxide(PPO),polylactate(PLA)and terephthalate(PBT)are summarized,and the current development direction of compatibilizers is prospected.
