摘 要:基于预应力钢绞线加固法和外包钢加固法的原理,提出一种新型加固方法:预应力钢绞线-角钢复合加固法。通过12根钢筋混凝土方柱(其中2根为对比柱,2根预应力钢绞线加固柱,8根4组不同损伤程度的预应力钢绞线-角钢复合加固柱)的轴压试验,研究了预应力钢绞线加固方法和预应力钢绞线-角钢复合加固方法的加固效率以及不同受损程度下预应力钢绞线-角钢复合加固后钢筋混凝土柱破坏特征、受力性能和破坏机理。试验结果表明:预应力钢绞线-角钢复合加固方法充分发挥了两种材料的优点,两种材料协同工作性能良好。极限承载力大幅提高,延性也得到明显的改善。结合受损混凝土柱特征,提出考虑损伤折减指标的轴压承载力计算公式,理论计算结果与实际值吻合较好,可为相关研究提供理论支持。Based on the principles of prestressed steel wire reinforcement method and angle steel reinforcement method,a new type of reinforcement method is proposed:reinforcement method with the combination of prestressed steel wire and angle steel.The research on axial compression of twelve square concrete columns(2 reinforced concrete columns,2 columns strengthened with prestressed steel wire,8 sets of four different damage degree of concrete column strengthened with prestressed steel wire and angle steel)are carried out.The efficiency of the columns strengthened with prestressed steel wire and the other columns strengthened with prestressed steel wire and angle steel,also the damage characteristics,mechanical properties and failure mechanism of different damage degree of concrete columns strengthened with prestressed steel wire and angle steel are studied.The results show that the concrete columns strengthened with prestressed steel wire and angle steel make full use of the strength of the two materials,and the two materials have good working performance.The ultimate bearing capacity increases significantly,the ductility improves obviously.Combined with the characteristics of the damaged concrete column,a calculation formula for the axial compression bearing capacity considering the damage reduction index is proposed,and the calculation result is in good agreement with the actual value.The formula can provide theoretical support for related research.
