摘  要:液态工质在激光烧蚀推进性能研究中有着重要地位,诸多因素对液态工质的烧蚀推进性能有着或大或小的影响。乙醇作为一种常用的液态工质,具有良好的烧蚀性能。以乙醇为推进工质,选取吸收深度、激光能量、约束深度作为三个影响因素,利用正交实验法研究各因素对乙醇冲量耦合性能的影响大小,通过控制变量法对所得实验结果进行验证。结果表明,三个因素影响由大到小的顺序为:约束深度、激光能量、吸收深度,影响波动分别达到了264.49μN·s/J、261.71μN·s/J、53.93μN·s/J,影响幅度分别为18.95%、17.22%、3.96%,约束深度与激光能量的影响远大于吸收深度。Liquid propellant plays an important role in the research of laser ablative propulsion. Many factors have great or small influence on the performance of laser ablative propulsion. As a common liquid working medium,ethanol has good ablative property. Taking ethanol as the propellant,the absorption depth,laser energy and constraint depth were selected as the three influencing factors,and the orthogonal experimental method was used to study the influence of each factor on the impulse coupling performance of ethanol. The experimental results were verified by the control variable method. The results showed that the influence of the three factors was in the order of restriction depth,laser energy and absorption depth,and the fluctuation influence reached 264. 49 N·s/J,261. 71 N·s/J and 53. 93 N·s/J,with the influence amplitude being 18. 95%,17. 22% and 3. 96%,respectively. The influence of restriction depth and laser energy was far greater than that of absorption depth.
